Malta Enterprise has launched two additional schemes from the Regeneration Plan: The Change to Grow and the ReStart scheme, which will assist companies to adapt to a post Covid scenario as well as to stimulate economic activity.

The ‘Change to Grow‘ addresses a strategic shift in the operations of an enterprise including digitisation and improvement of business processes and implementation of quality systems.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various organisations from different markets in sales revenue, customer trends thus changing the dynamics of the market. Product and logistics costs have spiked up across all territories adding further micro and macro environmental changes. Nonetheless, we must strive to take our organisation out of the storm and into green pastures again. The current situation may be turned into an opportunity to improve overall performance through the re-engineering of the business; the fine tuning of the product offering, pricing strategies, maximising operations & processes, embracing digital technology, and implementing sustainable solutions.

The Change to Grow Scheme can part-finance this strategic shift in operations which covers the digitisation of business processes and pricing analysis to renew business models and the identification of methods to achieve competitive advantage in an ever-changing environment.
