SCOPE is currently looking for a Product Specialist to form part of our team within a hybrid working environment to contribute towards our ever-growing success.

Do you have what it takes?
- Reach out to customers who sign up for free trials and introduce them to the product.
- Organize and conduct engaging demos to showcase key features and benefits.
- Provide personalized onboarding support and hand-holding for new clients during their initial weeks to ensure a smooth product experience.
- Manage and respond to customer queries through a ticketing system, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and liaise with the technical team for resolution.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of product features to effectively troubleshoot and assist customers.
- Gather and document feedback from customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Bring forward constructive suggestions and feature requests from customers to the tech team.
- Assist in preparing requirements and documentation for new product functionality, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential and existing customers.
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and follow up with leads as appropriate.
- Participate in webinars, industry events, and other activities organized by generate.TAX to stay updated and engage with the community.

- A strong interest in technology and a proactive approach to understanding systems and platforms.
- The ability to quickly learn and understand the productโs features, benefits, and how it adds value to clients.
- Ability to engage professionally and empathetically with clients, offering high-quality customer support.
- Experience with leading product demos, webinars, and training sessions.
- Clear and engaging presentation skills for product demos and customer onboarding. Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for managing queries and delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Eager to take initiative, suggest improvements, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Experience in working with customers to gather needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Ability to assist with preparing requirements and documentation for new features, making sure they align with client expectations.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
