Built for accounting firms and finance leaders

For accounting firm owners

Your clients want one answer on e-invoicing. Make it yours.

Every client in scope needs an ASP, clean master data and a working connection. We do the readiness checks, ASP selection and connection. You stay the adviser they call.

  • E-invoicing readiness and implementation for your client book, delivered behind your firm
  • Readiness checks across your clients, so you know who is at risk first
  • AI workflows for your own practice: bookkeeping, review and client queries

For FDs and CFOs

Compliance is the deadline. A faster close is the payoff.

E-invoicing forces you to fix customer data, invoice templates and approvals anyway. We use that work to take manual steps out of quote to cash, so you finish with a faster month-end, not just a compliance tick.

  • ASP selection matched to your ledger, volumes and budget
  • Connection and testing on your accounting system, with your team trained
  • AI and automation for receivables, credit control and reporting

E-invoicing questions, answered

Do I need an Accredited Service Provider if I already use cloud accounting software?

Yes, but it may already be built in. Some accounting platforms include an accredited e-invoicing service; others need a separate ASP connected to your ledger, which then handles validation and exchange. We check which applies to you, help you pick the right option and set up the connection.

What is the deadline for my business?

Businesses with revenue above AED 50m must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026 and go live by 1 January 2027. Businesses with revenue up to AED 50m must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live by 1 July 2027. Government entities must appoint by 31 March 2027 and go live by 1 October 2027. Dates are per Ministry of Finance decisions; check current MoF guidance before you plan.

How do I choose between ASPs?

Start with your accounting system: which ASPs connect to it cleanly, and at what cost. Then compare support, onboarding time and how each handles your invoice volumes. Our Plan compares these side by side for your setup.

Can my accounting firm handle this for me?

Often, yes. We work with accounting firms that offer e-invoicing to their clients, and we can deliver the technical work behind them. If your firm isn't set up for it, we can work with you directly.

How long does implementation take, and what does it cost?

It depends on your route: built into your ledger, a cloud ledger connected to an ASP, or an ERP with a custom connection. The Ready Check tells you which route you are on. Our Plan is a fixed fee of AED [PRICE] and gives you a timeline and a quote for go-live.

Can AI help with e-invoicing and month-end?

Yes, once the basics are in place. Clean invoice data from the mandate is a good foundation for automating bookkeeping, credit control and reporting. We start with the tools you already pay for.
